Programs & Campaigns

Programs and Campaigns drive the Hierarchy in the platform. Demand.Center, on every new Tactic, will auto-create a Campaign and Program if a marketer requests a new tactic. You should never need to amend an auto-generated campaign. 

The auto-generated values comes from a unique list of Campaign and Program Types. By adding to this list, you can create new campaign values. Follow the steps below to create a new campaign or program type value.   

How to create a new Program or Campaign?

• Click on the pen icon to edit the items in the hierarchy
• These values are auto generated via the parent picker in the request process

• Click on the pen Icon to add date/quarters

• Click the plus icon add a new value eg 2021 etc
